Rdo not ready to giving order letter

Rdo not ready to give cancellation order for who bought delayed birth certificate used wrong information.
Greater Chennai corporation said that, once you get order copy from the rdo, will cancell the delayed birth certificate from our side.
But rdo say I don't have right to cancell
previous order copy...
