Queries regarding call recording

04-Jul-2024 (In Family Law)
I have some sister in laws who are married and over phone provoke my husband and un-married sister in law to to harrass me and my children. Long time this violence is going. My children are unable to bear it. So do I. To prove the provocation I have recorded their calls. Will it give me extra trouble for recording or I can prove it as an evidence?

It won't give you any trouble for recording. It can be given as evidence although discretion is of the Judge whether or not to admit such evidence. Practically, no harm in recording even if you are doing it without their permission.
