Protection against Domestic Violence case pending against me

Sir, mere parents ka divorce case chal rha hai. In that way we are going through family and property disputes too. My paternal grandmother has filed a protection against domestic violence against me stating I cannot visit her flat or have communication with her. Mujhe govt job mili hai recently and mujhe attention form mein mention karna hai "any case pending against you in court - yes/no" isme mujhe kya mark karna chahiye ? Pls help
If you are a direct party to the suit under the Domestic Violence Act then you with no other option left has to write YES in your form and if there’s any scope of settlement then it’s better to go for settlement till your government job is not secured. Yes mention the details of the case which are pending .why your name is there in dv case. if it is there, it shall be removed from the case if there is no specific allegations against you in the case. taking necessary steps to remove yourself from the case is advisable.
