Sir, meri salary 32000/ - main army me job karta hu. meri wife maintaince ke liye section 125 ki hai mujhe kitna amount meri wife ko dena padega pls
It depends on how your case is presented. You can decrease the quantum by stating your liablities before the the court. Although it is the custom that the court can award the 1/3 of your income to the wife.
