Property transfer related issue

Hi my father in-law transfer his property on my husband name share certificate light bill maintenance all on my husband name but in noc letter he mentioned that other siblings don't have any right innthe property but my husband can't sell the property without ther permission he can live in that forever but he can't sell so iwant to know we can sell or not the property and my father in-law transfer 2 more flat to my husband brother without our noc i mean without my husband sign

Dear queriest, transferring means if it is transferred through any gift deed then the other legal heirs don't have right on the same, same goes vice a versa to other siblings, for detailed information about the same kindly call me.
