Property Partition of deceased brother among other brothers

Sir I have a serious Doubt .My Brother is Died..it'just happend sudden.. ..He lived with us only his entire life in my home he is not married.. he have another 4brothers.i am the elder one.. He stayed.. With us... And in our Ration Card Also his name is There is it any chance to get his property to us or it equally partition to all of his brothers Religion.. Christian

If you have signed the agreements and the agreements expressly state that you shall not claim the ownership of such property then you shall be bound by the agreement. However you can contest the validity of such agreement in court by proving to the court that the agreement was a void agreement, but the merit of such contention depends on the facts and circumstances which may differ in each case.

The property, as the brother unmarried, devolves upon the members of the family. However, brothers alone are not the legal heirs. The sisters and the parents, if alive, could also be the legal heirs. The definite answer depends on the norms of succession followed by your community.
