Property on government land & family problems issue

It's a problem between old father & mother with their younger brothers sons. That old man who have 3 daughters( 2 married 1 unmarried) is staying in a govmt plot since 20 years where his younger brother's two sons are also staying from 7-8 years with him. Now after they become married shows some nuisance towards the old man in case of eating, health issues, in almost all cases & saying that all that properties belongs to him. So how can they be removed from there is my question?

the mother can file domestic violence case against them and take injunction. it is easy for the mother to take injunction against against them under Domestic Violence Act. in addition to this she can also claim maintenance and compensation for those people abusing them
