I want to withdraw my section 9 rcr case at bangalore please let me know the process of withdrawl of section 9 rcr, my lawyer is creating problem, how to withdraw my case alone is it possible?, since my wife and me getting divorce from her native place

You can simply file one memo stating that you are going to withdraw the petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights since you are going for mutual divorce in another Court at the native place of your wife. You can file it by yourself in Open Court by serving a copy on the other side.
