firstly you can apply nearest SDM office for inter caste marriage registration after that they will call you for verification and then they have 30 day notice period for objection after that they give you date for court marriage you will come with two witnesses

If you wish to go for solemnisation of marriage then the notice period is mandatory because in that 30 days a compulsory notice is delivered to both the parties and in general also as to enquire that if anyone has any objections or not. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
