Procedure to take legal separation from brother

I've bullied from childhood by my elder brother as he was very much insecure that I'll be more successful if he don't bullies me he's 34 years and earning just 18k in a month and when I talk to mother and father that I want to go Bangalore for better opportunities for my future my brother said to parents don't allow him because I've not reached ahead of Delhi in my life and your sending him Bangalore. I know the IT sector hub is in Bangalore. I'll get many opportunities there to explore. But my elder brother continuously brain washing my parents mind. Because when I go to Bangalore whole responsibility come on him and he don't give time to his gfs. He openly said to parents I have my relation responsibility to handle. I cant support parents. I want to legally separate from him and take my mother and father to Bangalore with me.
