Procedure to send legal notice to another state in local language

I want to give a notice to my relative. As I am residing out of state where nobody understand my language and my quarry. I want serve the notice in local language. My question is " Can I serve the notice from Rajahmundry lawyer?"

Yes you can but for whom you are going to serve the notice they must have to understand that language and you need to explain all details to advocate they Will help you and you will get better answer to query..

Notice can be sent from any lawyer anywhere. The language necessarily need not be local. As english is regarded as the most widely used language in legal system throughout India. If the other side does not know english it is there headache to translate and understand. You need not break your head for translation. Wish you good luck
