Procedure to register marriage from Bangalore

Can we register marriage from Bangalore? What is the procedure? Currently any new rule that girl parents concern is required?
No need for consent from parents .If both are Hindus marriage is to be registered under the Hindu marriage act at the sub registrar office near your residence. List of sub registrar could be checked online.If one person is from another religion marriage should be regarded under Special marriage Act. For this you have to give 30 days notice. This marriage also could be done at sub registrar office after 30 days notice. For Hindu marriage you may have to produce the proof of marriage by producing invitation and marriage photos. Proof of residence,ID and you will have to fill in the required form with witnesses. This marriage also could be registrared at District court in Bangalore

though registration act is a central act the statute applies a bit diferent regionally. Ur query lacks clarity need to know the locality of bride groom n bride. Applicabilty f any regional law is also to be considered. U can now register via online for applying for marriage under special marriage act
