Procedure to Recall Witness For Cross Examination

Cross-examination of my wife was done in crpf 125. , I have evidence of her previous employment and would like to cross her .

This suggestion only. You have request your advocate to file the petition u/s 311 cr pc and long with petition with your wife employement documents. And to do on her your cross examination before the honble court.

HI You can always submit an affidavit along with evidence of her previous employment and judge will be bound to hear your plea. It is always better to put in writing first and then cross examine your wife as even if the judge does not give you permission to cross examine, at least he has to consider your evidence affidavit.
