Procedure to Protect boyfriend from family torture

Respected Sir, i wanted to know what legal steps can i take to protect my boyfriend from my casteist parents who are against love marriage and may harm my boyfriend. Should i go to the police? Please explain in detail.

It seemed that you are not married till date and is in relationship.
I will advice you to try for the creating the atmosphere cardinal to accept your boyfriend by your family so that you may marry him in a cardinal and accepted by the family.
Other wise your boyfriend may file a FIR in the concerned police station about the threat from your family but that will definitely effect the family relations of you all.

if you both are majer than you selter the law. first option you should go to the police and you gave him your complaint and want help. second option you write letter women commision, human right commision, etc. for help and protection . third option you come court and file application domestic violence and prey to both protection ,
