We filed a execution in case of maintenance running under ghaziabad lower court but opposite party didn't deposit the money yet. What can be done? He needs to deposit 1,50,000.
get the warrant issued against him, his movable and immovable property also can be attached provision also can be maid of deducting the amount from his salary .all is possible. it all depends on your lawyer how strongly he pursue the matter.

you need to provide us with more details, under which clause are you supposed to receive maintenance? is it under family courts act or is it under 125 CrPc? because procedure for execution would run different in both circumstances, you should consult a lawyer with more details
