Procedure to file for divorce after DV case filed by wife.

Actually my wife put a 498A case on me on 23 Oct 2017. We married on 26 Nov 2015.But still there is no children. But from last 8 months she closely moves with another person. He came my home while i went office. I have some photos and whatsapp voice calls of both of them that can prove it is fake case on me. I understand by voice calls that both are sexually meet and also try to marriage. But he already married with another women and relative to my wife. And also using this evidence can i apply for divorce At marriage they give me 50,000-cash and 2 lakhs amount of gold to my wife. At time of judgement what can i expect the result? Can you please needful.

yes you can file divorce case against your wife. as per your contention, she has illicit relation with another person apart from that she has filed 498-A against you, on this basis you can file a case under infidelity. if you are able to prove the infidelity then you need not to give any alimony.
