Procedure to file DV case against my husband and mother in law.
14-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Four years i stay with my hasband. In this four years , he worked starting 5 months & since 8 months he is working again ; but entire salary he is using himself only & when his salary gets over , he is asking money to me . I'm helping also. I have 10 months old babyboy & I'm not working last one year. He is drinking and heating . He and his mother asking me always to leave the house and asking custody of my child.
You should file domestic violence application against your husband and your mother in law. In the same application you can ask for various reliefs like maintenance, compensation and residence from your husband.

You should file a complaint with the police against him for hitting you and mother for trying to make you leave home. You can in addition file DV application in the nearest magistrate Court for protection,residence and maintenance.You can file this application through the Protection officer of your area or an advocate.
