hello, I am a housewife,married since february 2016. My husband beats me up on provocation of his mother, sister. also these ladies abuse me and use vulgar language for me. I want to stay with my husband and continue the marriage. What should I do to make myself safe during stay with husband ?
details are lagging,as to what ur husband foes?,whai are ur both ducational qualification?also what does ur father do or their social standing.these info.are necessary to give u proper advice,as ur situation is precarious because u r notgetting ur husband support.any action against ur in laws can complicate the matter.u need proper hearing before any fruitful advice

Well you can file a civil suit or a complaint under domestic violence act for your safety. In either of the proceedings you can ask for an undertaking from your in-laws regarding your safety and restaraint from using abusive language.
