Procedure to claim the maintenance for 16 year old daughter

I'm having husband and wife dispute. I need maintainance to my daughter who is 16 years old. My house is in joint account but he is trying to put the house for lease without my permission.He is very rude. So what steps I can take to solve this problem??
First of all get a restraining order from the court to prevent your husband from making any third party interest by filing a suit for temporary injunction under order 39 of CPC on the ground that you are one of the joint owners of the property and that you have little or meagre source of income to support yourself and also that you have to maintain your minor daughter.
For your minor daughter you can plead for maintenance under section 125 Cr. P.C

You have mentioned there is dispute between you and your husband and not mentioned whether he is staying with you or not. You can claim for maintenance by furnishing documents of your husband's income and your dependency on him and about your daughter under Section.125 CrpC at Magistrate Court.. Contact any advocate and you can even issue notice to the tenant who occupies your jointly owned house by asking him to pay the half rent or vacate
