Procedure to cancel court marriage within 6 months of marriage

6 month ago I (hindu) marry with my boyfriend(Hindu) in court but now I don't want to live with me .after marriage I didn't stay with him not Even for single day . Neither his parent nor my parent knows about our marriage. I even don't have any documents related toh court marriage . How can I cancel my court marriage with him . If he's not agree for cancellation

dear, u can apply for cancelation her marriage without any document But u have to proof the honorable court that why dont u live with her husband if your reason is sufficient for the divorce ground then u can divorce him..
