Procedure to apply for transfer of divorce petition

My husband deserted me during pregnancy and filled divorce case with all wrong allegation at his home town I went for transfer to Bangalore and in between I went for pre ligitation which he failed then I filled domestic voilence and RCR and after he was not attending any case proceeding not even his case and did come to see child also I filled 498 then he called Mediation with same stuff of divorce and no compromise and even abused the child and in the transfer petition in supereme court he is telling he will withdraw his case and file a new one in Bangalore I m really harassed please suggest me how to face him

The best thing in these circumstances would be to reach a settlement with your husband in mediation cell and not an out of court settlement as if he violates any of the terms then he would be liable for contempt of court. Apart from this you should withdraw your transfer petition from supreme court after he has withdrawn his case from and then filed the same in Bangalore.

Hi, if you are actually looking for Divorce from your husband, then seek for an exparte decree as he is not attending the same.
The court shall be able to award based on the facts an circumstances and genuinity of the matter. Consult me for any assistance.
