Procedure to adopt a girl child from my younger brother

Hi, Me and wife have decided to adopt a baby girl who belongs to my younger brother. Please advice and guide with the process..

The Mutual consent is necessary of her father and mother. The difference is minimum 21 of between girl and you. That your brother is in capable of take care of her child? The capacity (economical) for take care of that child is also necessary. That your marriage duration is not less than 5 years. The adoption is registered at ADOPTION COORDINATING AGENCY

For adoption the child must be 16 year younger I. e.age difference must be 16 years. 2 why you are adopting child. 3.what economic provision is done for the future of the child . These are main provisions.

Hello There are two steps to adopt a child. First is by way of court or second is by way of adoption deed. That before the adoption of any child from relatives or from NGO's there are so many legality so you contact with the counsel and take details.
