Procedure of handing over the item and cash brought by brid to bride

We have done marriage of my son with a girl, girls father has given some money and item to girl which is with us but my son and his wife is staying together in another city and asking for item and money from us what to do ? And what is the procedure to handover the items so they can't say that they haven't received the item in future
Just take a receiving from them saying that they have received all the items, including the money. You can add a schedule to this undertaking/receiving, enlisting all the items that are to be handed over to them and the amount of money being handed over to them as well. By way of an additional measure, you can video record the handing over proceedings.
