Procedure of court marriage in Jammu and Kashmir

Sir I m from jammu and i m in love wd a girl of mi religion (hindu) I think our parents wont accept our relationship so i want to marry her in court sothat of they dont accept us we won't get separated .can u please tell me the procedure of court marriage in j&k and all formalities???

Read your query which you have posted and you have inquired about the court marriage procedure in Jammu, my answer to you is, the court marriage procedure in Jammu is different from rest of India, and you don't have to wait for month, here you have to enter into a marriage agreement with a girl in the court.

as u said that your families do not accept ur marriage. so u have to first get the documents completed to your marriage and get the intervention of high court as a protection to ur peacefull matriage.for alll this kindly contact me through lawrato
