Procedure in case in laws filed for maintenance in High Court

My in laws file a case ln high court after final judgement from lower court they are not satisfied with lower court decision and they want more BHARAN POSHAN and problem is that I have received a high court notice today and I have to present on day after tomorrow, if I not present first time so it is serious or next time will be ok. Thanks

U have 2 engage a lawyer for high court to defend your case. If u hv received notice then u hv 2 b present or else the high court may just hear the other party and proceed considering that u hv got d notice but u don't want 2 come 2 d high court.

if you will not appear on time court may give some interim order in favour of your wife. so you should appear through your lawyer. .
