Dear Sir,

As your wife is insisting on MCD, it is clear that she does not want to continue matrimonial relationship at any cost. If she is asking certain amount of money as maintenance and for to cover marriage expenses and if you agree to her demands prepare an agreement covering the terms and conditions pertaining to the payment of the money and get her signature on the agreement that would be filed along with the MCD petition, then she will be bound by terms of the agreement and cannot demand maintenance again through court by filing maintenance case(s) against you after the divorce.

Hi,
As you say you want to live with her and she doesn't want to continue with you. Mutual divorce is something which is to be decided as per both parties and with some conditions, you can talk about it and decide one time permanent alimony. Maintenance cannot be asked if it is mentioned in agreement between you both. Call us through website for assistance
