Madam, I would like to know how the property came to your husband's grand father, whether self acquired or it got devolved from ancestors? secondly whether any partition took place between your husband's grand father's father's heirs? Then alone your question can be answered.

Hello, YUO HAVE MENTION YOU BELONG TO HINDU OR MOHAMMEDAN. you have to obtain death certificate of your husbands grand father first and then to obtain the legal heir certificate . Then only we can further proceed. pl. call me for further details.
