The property owned by my real mother now transfer the owner ship due to medical emergency. Do I need my siblings NOC.
Dear Madam,
Because she is the sole owner, she does not legally require the permission or an NOC from your siblings half-siblings or full siblings to transfer the property to you. You may get gift deed in your favour and immediately sell it away to avoid further consequences.
