Pre Relationship Agreement (legal one)

30-Oct-2024 (In Family Law)
I need to have a pre relationship agreement with partner, where I can pre discuss everything like (by mutual consent) intimacy without commitment or promise of marriage, no financial support during the period and post breakup it happens. Uttarakhand Civil Code has a section where it is mandatory for couples to have live-in registered. I want to make something like that. (Both Hindu)

Pre-relationship agreements for live-in relationships are not explicitly recognized by Indian law.
While there's no specific law governing such agreements, courts have recognized live-in relationships and granted certain rights to partners in such arrangements. This recognition, coupled with the general principles of contract law, may allow for some degree of enforceability of pre-relationship agreements, especially if they are well-drafted and fair.
Courts may consider pre-relationship agreements as evidence of the intentions of the partners, especially in cases related to property division, maintenance, or other civil matters.
