Possible options for HUF members

I found recently that I am a part of an HUF which is under liabilities. However, I am still a student and have never been involved in any of its activities. Since I was never involved, I do not want anything to do with it. What are my options?
First of all make it clear that whether you are minor or major. If you are minor then in joint Hindu Family you are entitled for gains only and not entitled for any liabilities. You will get solution to your problem only when clearly keep facts of your case.
