Police complaint by my wife putting false allegations of adultery

26-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
I am married from 5 years, and prior to that was in living relationship with my then girlfriend present wife for 3 years. From past one year she started objecting to have friends apart from her friends and also she started putting barriers in keeping communication with my widow mother. She always wanted me to accept her friends her ex boyfriend her sister and parents but she never does the same. I have lived life with without any friends for the first 4-5 years. Lately I started mingling with people and they became me and my wife's good friends. But she started putting false allegations

In ur query headline u have put that a complainant has been filed by your wife , where in other part u said ur wife is making allegation , do let know what exactly has transpired and in mean time talk to your wife , make her understand what you feel about , and try to find a solution in between , this is morality , and when it does not work out and you feel that she dont want to be with you and want you to get under pressure by lodging false complainant as u saying , we are there to help innocent . As a first step if the police has already registered an FIR then depending on the penal sections, you file a petition for an anticipatory bail by approaching an advocate. Thereafter you can disprove her allegation before the court of law.
