My wife filed Divorce case, but before that only one of her relatives called to us and used abused words, torturing, and mentally harrasing me and my family.
Later we got to know that her relative also a lawyer, though he is professionally educated, he used vulgar language. Then what is the best action we can do against on him ? And what are the safety measures for me and my family.
hi you could give a police complaint to the relevant police station for threatening you and your family members and need to see the contents of the divorce petition and if they are all false allegations then you could defend the case on the basis of false allegations
