Please clarify. 1- As per court procedures, is it mandatory to submit
08-May-2025 (In Family Law)
I have submitted all proofs of DV case in CD & PENDRIVE to advocate
to submit. Some of Audios & photos has been deleted by my advocate.
Kindly advise me:-
1- Is it required to show all the proofs to advocate? Can she got the power to delete it ??
2- Next hearing date is given on 13-05-2025 to pass Order. Can he change the date & pass the Order today?
Ur adv cannot delete any reliable information which is given by u as in form of electronic or any evidence. U should have been consulted and then if any thing was needed to be deleted it could have been done with ur permission .No the court cannot change the date.
