Mere inlaws ne muje marpit kr ghr se nikal diya muje dhej or 6 lakh k liye preshan krte the . police ne mere hsbnd pr sirf fir ki hai .use mere in laws ne khi bhga diya hai .or khte hai k hmne use bedhkl kr diya hme ni pta kha hai .police unpr koi action ni le rhi. Khte proof do k apse inhone dhej ki mang ki.bt koi hal ni nikl rha .

U can file a case u/s 498(a) against your in laws in court before chief judicial magistrate under section 200 and from there u can proceed a step against your in laws.and u can also file a domestic violence case against them and ask for residential right.
