Pension and Property Issue with my younger brother

Hi, My names is Md Khaleel we are 2 brothers and 3 sisters from past some days my younger brother is forcing my mother to sell my fathers property and he don't want to give me my share also, and also my mother is a pensioner as my father was a government employee and my younger brother is telling that the pension is not belongs to my mother and it should be divided between all children. Can you please suggest me what should I do. Thank you.
hi if he is not ready to share and divide the property then you could file suit for partition to divide the property among the family members and regarding to fact of pension also you could send legal notice in this aspect if he is not ready to give
