I recommend initiating marriage counselling; however, if reconciliation efforts prove unsuccessful, understand that a marriage requires mutual commitment and affection. Forcing a partner to remain in an unfulfilling relationship is detrimental to both parties' well-being. If your partner desires a divorce, consider pursuing an amicable settlement, including alimony. If you wish to prevent the divorce, file a restitution petition.

If you don't want to give divorce do not agree for the mutual divorce and if he initiates contested divorce you need to fight that out. also you can initiate DV case against him for the hardships he is putting you in.
