The property in question is an ancestral property. All dependents of late sons and u are entitled to property equally. Send a notice to effectuate partition, if no outcome is reached then file a Suit for Partition making dependents of late sons as defendents.

Hi, You can file a Partition suit in a court as other members are not agreeing to the terms or willing for the property division. This suit for partition is to be filed in the court which has jurisdiction over the area in which the property is located.
