Parking rights in the family property

Our car maruti 800 is parked in the common area since 1997 and all the families also have parked their cars beside our car..now they are saying that your car is not giving free passage to us..in case of medical emergency it will become difficult for us to take wheel chair or stretcher..the free passage is about 3 feet..they are also not giving any other space to park it..we want to keep our car we don't want to sell it..can you please advice what will be the best selling or fighting for rights?

You can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and in that notice you can tell them that your present car is so close to your heart and is not creating any kind of problem to anyone. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
