Parents want me to evict from home

My parents want to evict me from their house as i want to marry a girl from the schedule cast community and we are general cast. My mother is mentally harrassing me by threatening me to throw out of their house as i want to marry the girl i love I earn very less rs 5000 per month, even though I pay for my food, medicine, internet on my own and not dependent on my parents for daily living, i cannot afford to rent an apartment as i do not earn enough Can my parents throw me out of the House?

certainly they can but under due process of law. and if you earn 5k then you should reconsider your decision to marry because that paltry amount isn't enough to support even one individual unless you have other support system in the form of your parents. hence first chalk out a viable plan before taking any irreversible step.
