Parents forcing me to take anti depressants

I am 29 yrs old unmarried woman. can i file case against my parents for forcing me to eat anti depressants whose side effects and withdrawal symptoms i am facing daily. In the past I had arguments with my parents about their behaviour and attitude towards me. But they told doctor that its me(I) who has behavioural problems. All my relatives know that my parents are aggressive in nature. I am facing till today from past nine years this trauma of antidepressants in every way. Please Help.
definitely you may proceed legally against your parents. there is special act has been enacted for such domestic violence. you may file a criminal case under Domestic violence Act against your parents and also seek all the interim reliefs as well as protection from any kind of violence.

Why are u adding fuel in the fire ? U need mental peace. U can get the advice of the said doctor who is prescribing u the said medicine. He cannot advice u or force u to take unless u have shown willingness. If it is so then he is guilty of professional misconduct and he can be pulled in the court of law. How can doctor prescribe medicine on the information of parents without verifying the facts ? . U can very well challenge the said doctor's prescription. The side effects of the said drugs are certainly not good for health. Try to involve urself in the creative activities which will reduce ur tension and ask ur relatives or friends who can help u. The nine years under this situation is not a small period . You need good friend to help u.
