Your married sisters are also legal hair of your deceased parents unlike you and they can also clim their share in your father's property and if they gift you their share only then you will be the absolute owner of the said property.

your 3 married sisters alongwith you have equal share in your ancestral property, if your sisters wish to hand over the entire property to you then they have provide a no objection letter stating facts that why they want to hand their share and set free. Detailed discussion is necessary.
