Parents claimed for maintenance no able to pay what can I do

Hindu religion My parents has 5 girl and 3 boys child. We all are married and we all are separated few month ago. My parents do not want to share property with me and elder brother. Even my grandfather house they do not want to give any area. They do not give me any thing or property or bank balance during separation. Then my parents filed s case under "mata pita bharan poshan kalyan adhiniyam under 2007" and SDM gave decision to pay 5000rs pm but I am not able to pay because I am a paralysis patient. Sir please give me advise what I do. Thank you
confirm your medical illness to SDM.they may concider tour problem.otherewise may appeal to apropriate athority.

The only remedy is to challenge the order of SDM. But my sincere advise to you will be to take care of your parents even if they are harsh to you . The factum of filing application by your parents to get maintainence show that everything was not right. You must live with your parents happily but if still things do not work challenge the order of SDM.
