Parents asking maintainence and threatened to do legal case

We are two sisters and our parents are living in sisters house and not giving any rent and they are getting medical facilities health insurance (EMI given by my sister) and they got interest of their money at least Rs.17000 . And in any medical ungency I m taking them to the hospital but in case if I m unable to go due to my health issues I always booked cab for them . i m a working person also having my family with two kids and father in law , I m also having my responsibilities also.
