On which situation the Maintenance amount settled per month

My elder sister tempt my mother to file the DV Case against me in local court on mar 2017 to catch my own house and we made comprises thro the Lok adalat on jun 2017 and we got order also for monthly maintenance amount and some other things, We follow all the things against the Order and till date settle the Maintenance amount and an separate house in 1st floor, and now only we come to know the back work of my sister, and my mother have own house with her name and bank deposits for monthly earnings, in this situation we need provide the maintenance amount ??? if need we can able to produce the documents copy to support. and also my mother threaten me via local police and she block the way for my rental house in 1st floor. Due to this situation i am unable to put tenet in my house due to my mother block the walkway. wht can i do for next step ???
Yes, you can certainly file an application to revoke the compromise entered into in the DV case as it was made recently. And yes it is necessary to produce the supporting documents before the court. In regard to the police complaint file an injunction suit restraining your mother from interfering with your possession if it is in violation of the earlier compromise.

First of all what the Order of the Lok Adalat says should know clearly . If you are not following the order it would come under violation. Regarding maintenance you need not to pay anything if she has monthly income, but if there is an order you should pay. You could have avoided this burden if you could prove it at the time of settlement. If your mother blocking your way, kindly approach civil court for an injunction and also lodge a police complaint against your sister and mother with a copy to Higher Police authorities.
