notice issue high court se kis metter me hue h..sabse phle samman nikala jata h , uske baad bailable warrant or uske baad arrest warrant..ydi koi samman ki Tamil se Jan bujhkr bachna chahta h to court me advocate ko batana chahiye or procedure aage badhana chahiye..
