How do you know that it has been filed against you? FIR copy will be required to take aba. all accused necessary for aba since everyone's name is mentioned. However first FIR copy or summons copy or notice by police is necessary

Well, if you have not received any Summons from the concerned Police Station, after FIR Registration under the concerned provisions of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, then, in such a case, if you get arrested without service of summons or notice, then, your arrest will be termed as illegal. If you have anticipation of illegal arrest, then, you must apply for an Anticipatory Bail in the Sessions Court first.
