Not Getting New Electric Connection

My father died in 2017.He took multiple electric connections in his name during his lifetime.His second wife and two daughters have used those connections after his death.Bills are not paid by then on time. I had spent my entire student life in hostel and had no idea about all these. I came to know about it in 2021 when i had built a separate house and applied for new connection. I had explained my problem to the officer of that time and she provided me the connection. There are no dues in this connection. I have paid all bills on time. But this year i had applied for another connection in my name. Again office is rejecting me for the same reason i.e, bills of my father. The officer who helped me last time is now transferred. I am totally seperated with my stepmother and stepsisters.I stay with my wife in the house built by me.What should i do now to get the connection?? I am not in a position to clear the dues in my father's connection.. As i have not used those connections
