Not accepting my love marriage which was from years with intimacy

I've been in love with a girl for last 8 years, for the last couple of days they have house arrested her, grabbed her mobile, and are asking me to leave her
I want to marry her and cannot move on as we are emotionally and physically attached, and our photos are on multiple accounts on social media, which her elder sister's boyfriend did, still accounts are active
Can I file a cheating case? Will they file a case for physical attachment, which was a mutual consent and within limits? Age - 30Both
hi if they kept the girl in house arrest then you could file petition for habeas corpus in court to produce her in the court and to seek her interst and view on marriage and you need to seek police protection petition and give a letter to concerned officer
