I'm puja kumari my age is 23 I m in college.My father do not support me and my family financially in anything. Do everything for himself even when he is earning well enough in government job.and mentally toucher us in different ways.i have 2 siblings and mother who is housewife, my father Toucher all of us mentally and financially.
Your mother can file a case for maintenance in the family court. The court will allow suitable maintenance amount, which your father have to deposit in the court otherwise it will be deducted from his salary on the order of the court.
