Need to original documents back || Submitted for Succession Case

I filed my original documents along with m father's original death certificate in court.
The court is yet to pass the order. But i need the original documents back. I have the below queries:
1. I need to take a certified copy from court first? How? OR is there any direct way to get the original documents back?
2. My lawyer is on a medical leave. What ways can I get hold of my original documents?

Hello,
As the matter is pending, you have to apply for a Certified copy of the same through a Ld. Lawyer and use the same for your other purpose. Once the litigation is disposed of, you can file the existing certified copy of your document and take the original one.
